Unfortuantely, there was additional duty to be paid, as the product was not shipped from Canada, even though it was described as being in Ontario. Additionally, the stick came with a standardsize stick bag, but is not long enough to hold a 38" stick. Shipping was fairly quick given the international origin, but not that great, given I expected it to be shipped within Canada. I thought the item was being shipped from Canada and would arrive promptly but later found out it was from Pakistan. Vendor quickly adapted to my needs and expedited shipping, following through the entire process and giving me instructions and advice every step of the way.
