Only one thing anoyed and pissed me off. That was : the whole surface around the keybord was covered with a sticky layer of who knows what. ( quess they used it that the surface looks nice black again and hide small using signs.) But after 5 hours cleaning and rubbing i managed to get rid of nealy all that bloody stickky product. Its better now. So as said all in all i am ok with this refurbished Dell

I was at fault in not contacting him directly first and for this I apologise. Item was packaged with care and arrived in time. I would buy from seller again.

Not sure it's conducive to 24 delivery packages to post so late in the afternoon (daily at around 4.30 p.m. apparently) but a minor complaint and on the whole since this is an excellent eBayer I am more than happy to recommend.
