Well packaged and arrived promptly by Royal Mail. The sender included information about what to do in case of damaged packaging, item not suitable, etc., but all was fine so no need to take any action other than fitting it, which was fine. The unit came complete with float and all fittings and instructions (on the package). Would happily deal with this e-bay seller again.
