The box was all beat up and was concerned that the bar was bent!!! I played it on my table and it seems to be flat!!! Suggestion!!!! Do a much better job of packing and protecting the bar because UPS is terrible about handling things!!! They just DON'T CARE!!! Thank you

The saw was double boxed and plenty of padding but the transport company must have parked the truck on top of it to ensure not to get stolen at night or something. I sent an email and had a positive response within an hour getting the issue resolved. I have 11 Pro Stihl saws that I cut firewood with for gas stations and campgrounds with but needed a saw for a large blowdown. It pulled the 42" bar easy92cc Gas Chainsaw Power Head Compatible with MS660 For Milling Wood No Bar Chain (N° 166177740802)
