She arranged a 50% refund for the incorrect item and kindly allowed me to keep it. Today, I received the new item I ordered, and I’m very pleased with it — it’s practical and very easy to use. Thank you for the excellent customer service and support!

Asked what the seller was prepared to do, Emma replied “it does not affect use. You can take it off”. So much for customer care. Now I’m going to have to buy a toggle, wait for it to arrive making it late for the birthday. Thanks Vectorland you really made me feel valued.
