For whatever reasons, I was sent the wrong makeup, but the seller was phenomenal with their communication and was quick to resolve the issue! The seller provided me with a very swift return! I received the wrong item and the seller immediately took care of this by investigating and then quickly issuing a refund. This was a pleasant interaction and I appreciated the speed and courtesy the seller exhibited in resolving this. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again. Incorrect as the item was (the wrong shade of lipstick), the condition, quality and appearance was exactly what the seller described in their listing. New and unused.
