(Well mine was like that) I had to use a vice and a rubber mallet to remove one cup so the thing could be used. I did contact before leaving this feedback but they just ignored me. I've bought a few b/b's in my time, never had to give one a good wack or 5 before I could use it though🤨

It came packed in a sturdy external box for added protection, and the fast overnight delivery. It was great value for money. Although it looks good without installation, I’m looking forward to using it once I put it together.

Once they were in receipt of the incorrect item they arranged for the correct to be dispatched, which was done over night so I was in receipt of the correct item the next morning. Highly recommended for the supply of anything cycle related, along with super quick delivery
