Box isn't damaged (it was packed very well), lightstick works great as well and is clean and new. It arrived with a BP strap, and a real random photocard (I got jennie, she is my bias so I'm pleased). The Bluetooth works great and syncs with songs + the BP app. The lightstick itself is so pretty. Nothing was missing. I really recommend. (I'm too lazy to take pics sorry).

En el caso de haber cualquier duda o incidencia, la comunicación es rápida, fluida y siempre se ha solucionado rápida y satisfactoriamente. Los álbumes siempre me llegan en perfecto estado, bien protegidos y con todo tal cual se describe, con pob, photocards, etc. Y el tiempo de envío es bastante rápido.
