However the high pressure of one of the stream options busts the plastic bottle off while in use so I just don't use that option and use the others with no issues. I would love to see the screw bottle maybe a bit more secure so it doesn't blast off but other then that. i love it x

I contacted the seller and they were very helpful with tracking on their end as this was an international order. Very easy to communicate with when I needed help. The packages arrived somewhat damaged, the boxes were pretty beat up and not in ideal condition, but otherwise, the reels themselves were not damaged. But everything else came as expected. Definitely easy to work with and good Seller.
