Installed it with an Adaptec ASR-81605ZQ and it is 100% operational with 12 drives in two RAID 5 configuration with 1-one pooled hot spare. Card had latest firmware installed. Really plug-and-play.

Was using an unpowered adaptor card at first, but ran into issues with SAS + SATA cables too long to contact to the drives. Works well with a TrueNAS Scale setup, recycling an old tower to hold drives. Good value; wish I got this first, instead of that unpowered adapter card.

The pricing for cards already flashed/updated AND TESTED was about the same as others charged for just used cards! The cards look great, with both tall and short brackets. I've ordered from this seller before and will/would do business in the future. I recommend his eBay and YouTube to all of my friends and associates.

The seller was quick to answer any questions and even made a custom order just for my needs to help with shipping costs. It was well-packaged to prevent the card and cables from being damaged. Shipping was fast, and it arrived in less than a week. Lastly, the price is great for legitimate parts vs knockoffs that will fail. Came exactly as described.
