She quickly offered me a choice of a replacement or full refund. I accepted her replacement option and they were packaged and shipped promptly. The packaging was amazing, she really took the time to make sure the ornaments would make it all the way tonmy home without any issues. The ornaments were exactly as described and I am super happy.
