Looks like the measure advertised includes the hat. He is darker than I expected but he is a close match for the other one I bought from this seller. It is hard to capture the color from the seller’s pictures. All in all I like them both. The postage seems high to me but it may be the shipping problems this year and not the seller. All in all I like him. Not sure about the price/postage but he is sure cute.

But they arrived safely and in the described condition.
