The packaging was excellent, and the shafts were brand new, exactly as described. Unfortunately, I had to return the shafts because I needed the taper tip instead. Despite this, I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Most of my orders have arrived in 3 days from Florida to Michigan and the shafts are always wrapped in bubble wrap that fits very tightly in a sturdy cardboard box.
