The only way to know is for the seller to look through thousands of feedbacks and find the issues manually. The seller addressed my concerns quickly and professionally. In the end, I received a great looking miniature, securely packaged in perfect condition, and at a fair price. This seller has definitely earned my business.

Unfortunately one of the merfolk’s spear arrived broken. I immediately contacted the seller and they sent another. Customer service is A+. The replacement had a similar break and the seller offered to resend again. I opted not to get another since that particular model’s spear is so thin anyway. Overall pleased with the purchase but will be sticking to molded plastic minis for tabletop use.
