Mixed up two orders -- mine went to Seattle and I received the gentleman's package destined to go there. So it took a while to "heard cats" and get the things shipped correctly. But we finally did. Product was great. Despite snafu, the seller was a great communicator and truly apologetic. It was out of his hands but handled it well.
