Original box was ruined and was placed in a USPS box. This item comes in two separate packages. The package that contains plates and chains was the one that was damaged. Stand package arrived in perfect condition. One bag of chains and hardware was lost in transit. I contacted seller and they shipped chains and hardware kit with no hassle.
