All I received was an empty slimy nasty envelope inside a clear envelope printed with we're sorry we care about your order. I notified the seller Fasteners Inc and they immediately shipped a replacement order with a tracking number no questions asked. So if you want to buy from an honest seller, these folks are it. Good luck with USPS, you'll need it.

I contacted the seller and they took the loss and immediately sent out replacement washers. I couldn't compliment them enough. Great sellers.
