The material is high quality, no loose threads and double stitching leaves little room for straps to break. The padding is actually firm. Zippers are high quality. The storage availability is massive. The value in comparison to other bags is beyond words. The overall appearance is very good. The condition is as stated, it even has a new bag smell. I still need to test it but first impression is outstanding.

Contacted seller multiple times and was ignored. Had to call and speak to an eBay rep in order to resolve the issue. Initially intended to exchange bags for a smaller size. But due to total lack of communication and refund from seller, changed my mind and purchased alternative duffles elsewhere. Merch was fine, but would not purchase from seller again due to poor coms.
