The item took over a week to arrive, so this was not the 2-3 day service advertised. Unfortunately, the outer packing had slightly started to split when it was delivered. However, upon inspection the contents were undamaged, so no problem. We always get exceptional delivery service from Marcus at Evri :) .

I returned them through the eBay money back guarantee. They provided a free return label which tracked the return. Once the seller received the item they issued me a full refund.
