Not a positive experience, but the seller was honest enough to issue a full refund. As such, one of the plugs' gap was completely closed to "zero". I always gap plugs before installation anyway, but I was expecting them to come in Champion spark plug boxes for their protection, which I think is a reasonable expectation. If they work as they should, fine.... but I think it should be told in the listing that they arrive "bare".
