Either the manufacturer or the prior owner had glued the paddles into the spinney thingy. They could not be adjusted, and it just would not spin. I had a case of heart pop over this because it’s a beautiful 4 tier. WELL. I had to fiddle a bit, but now it works thanks to Brubaker. I miss the stenciled paddle a bit, but I would rather have the thing spin than sit there motionless with more decorative paddles.

Contacted them, sent tracking info, they said they "misplaced" my package and immediately refunded what I paid. I asked for my shipping cost refunded, they refused, made MANY excuses, then said I should return what they refunded me and THEN they would send right size. I said no, it has taken way too long, just refund my shipping. They refuse. What kind of company is this? Disgusted.
