No parts were missing or damaged & all the runners were still in their sealed plastic packaging, which definitely means it was a brand new kit that wasn't opened & messed with. If I had to give any kind of suggestion for improvement, it would have to be the price of the kit itself. The shipping cost is fine in my opinion, but the product price should at least be cut down by half.

This is a collectable item and worth less if damage before shipping, especially if it's unopened. Seller should write at least "damaged package" even when it's brand new. This seller (Konke) has great prices but it a hit or miss when it come to item integrity (before shipping). Also, item shipped in a box but no filler. Item is loose.
