One of the rims was all scuffed up when I received it but I notified the seller. They responded immediately, asking for a picture of the damaged wheel. I took pictures and sent them back and got a reply almost immediately that they would send me a replacement along with a shipping label to send the damaged wheel back. The replacement got here very quickly! I would not hesitate to use this seller again! They apologize because the weather was bad which it was and refunded my money right away but just the other day the product still arrived. Talk about customer service. I would use them anytime again, even though they had shipping issues because of the weather wasn’t their fault they made it more than right with me. Great job guys.
