They sandblasted item and rocks were wedged into bolt holes and stuck in casting on reverse side, not sure how this had 4 or more stones jammed in it, but the bolt hole ones came free, the ones in back and stuck there and will rattle, glad motor is loud, hope they do not cause fracture or wear... Nicely packaged...
