Based on the seller's statement that items ship within 2 days of sale, I expected it to arrive much sooner than it did. This was a source of dissatisfaction since it didn't ship for almost a week, and there was no way to contact the seller on eBay. All "contact the seller" links went to a sales site, so no customer service was available.

I reached out to Habib, and he responded Thursday morning! He agreed to ship additional fabric Friday via USPS Priority Express (at my request and cost); the USPS website said I would have it Sunday. But Habib shipped it out Thursday evening, and I received the fabric Friday. Amazing customer service!!!

Initially I didn't purchase the correct amount. I rushed and ordered more. I contacted the seller and requested that it be added to the first order for one continuous cut.
