There were only 59 charms (1 missing). I contacted the seller, submitted a photo of the missing charm as requested by seller. They were unable to send me the missing charm, but they compensated me with a $1. refund. I would have preferred the missing charm (a cute cupcake charm), but they were very accommodating and quick to resolve the issue. I am happy with the end result & would order from them again.

In addition, we had a federal holiday. Given such obstacles, in the long run it was probably fast; also, I actually forgot I had bought it. We all wish shipping was free. Accurate description, good quality, and color assortment truly is assorted (not random duplicates of just a few). It's what I wanted at a fair price. I am satisfied. Recommend seller. ✅Thanks
