This seller was great communicating with me from ordering to refunding, which was handled quickly. It is obvious that this seller cares about his customer service. I will gladly do business with him again.

The tool was expensive for what it is. $40 for a bent piece of metal is kind of ridiculous, but I was in a bind and had to buy it. USPS service sucked and kept delaying delivery, but I did eventually get it. That wasn’t the seller’s fault. The tool did work and I was able to get the hood open so that’s what matters.
