Shipping wasn't as quick as I expected but I was not in a hurry so it's ok. I reached out to seller and they responded promptly and shipped quickly after our exchange. The basket was in a box with no packaging material whatsoever which was odd because if the box was damaged in any way the item would have definitely been damaged - luckily it was not so that worked out, this time!

I was able to purchase a replacement 4x6 inch glass for $2. Seller HAPPILY refunded me the $2 that it cost me for new glass. Communication with seller was quick and solved my problem.
