We were having issues with our email and didn't know it. We were not receiving any orders and did not realize an order was placed. That is why we did not contact you. If we knew there was an the order, we would have shipped it asap. We did not receive emails from ebay saying there was a problem either. Please know this is not something we do ever! We have excellent reviews and care about every customer. It was unfortunate, but the issue is now fixed.
