We ordered some parts for our older JCB that we didn't have the parts manual for. When I ordered parts the 2nd time he reached out to let us know that these parts didn't match the same model of JCB as the previous parts ordered. He went above and beyond to make our experience amazing and quick. Correct parts arrived in no time with Ray's help.
