Cutting them and then briefly soaking them in water using tweezers. It was fairly simple to lay down on the nail, again, learning/ technique takes time. My manicure lasted a week before my nail polish started to chip. The stickers lasted until the very end. Removal was simple using acetone. Keep the cotton pad soaked on the nail for a few minutes before the sticker becomes soft enough for complete removal.
