    Item was exactly as described, for a good price, but shipping was a bit much, considering it should have been in a padded mailer or heavy envelope or sleeve, and USPS was used; they absolutely suck. But I’m thinking that if I need other Bridgeport parts in the future, these guys seem to have the best prices.

    Hello! Thank you for the feedback. The shipping labels cost the same amount for the padded mailers as they do for the small boxes. We ship smaller items through USPS because it keeps the cost lower for our customers. If you'd prefer UPS in the future, feel free to contact us before the purchase and we can quote you what it would cost to ship via UPS.

    The product quality is good. The packaging it arrived in was good as well. I believe it was a good value. The only drawback was that it came without a pump. The seller was amazing to work with. I mistakenly ordered too many bottles initially, but the seller was understanding and promptly refunded me for two gallons. I accidentally purchased the wrong way.

    Thank you for the feedback! The sanitizer gallons come with a pump and a smaller bottle if a quantity of 4 gallons are purchased.
