When this item was not shipped by the expected delivery date, I contacted the seller and found that it was to be shipped from the manufacturer. This was also the time of the California wildfires, so I'm not upset that it may have been affected. The order has since been delivered, and once again it is exactly what I ordered. I will continue to use them as the need arises. Thank you.

Shroud came without hardware that is included, and seller opened another new one to send me the missing hardware right away. No questions asked or proof needed. They ALWAYS step up for the customer when needed. They are simply the BEST!!!

The only “meh” is toward the processing/will call times. In particular this item was in stock however, it took 6 days when it was first available for pickup. Not sure why my items seem to be delayed when they offer such an efficient, convenient, professional, and friendly customer support system. Nevertheless POL and Western Chassis always deliver and have a good vibe. Thank you kindly.
