Advice for doll collectors: Even though this size will fit a 10" doll because it telescopes, the base is small and the wire is not much larger than a coat hanger. My Betsy McCall has a big hoop skirt with a wide brim hat which makes it quite hefty. This size is a bit "tippy". I should have purchased the larger size but I thought it was too expensive. Prices for these simple devises are skyrocketing.
