My fault not realizing it was just the spool and not the entire reel. responded immediately to my concerns. They adjusted the price to below market value. However, coming from Canada, the US government put a tariff on the item more than 100% of the value I paid and was COD. I sent the item back via UPS without taking delivery and the seller refunded me my money.
