It was a pleasure communicating with you about bicycles. Also I would like to thank you for packing the frame so well, in particular taking the trouble to put axles in to protect the frame during its journey from America to Great Britain.     When I received the vacuum it did not work. I immediately contacted the buyer and she responded quickly. She offered me a refund but the vacuum was exactly what I wanted and asked if she’d be willing to pay for the repair if got an estimate. She agreed. I bought it to a vacuum repair shop and it turned out to be a loose connection. He fixed it free of charge. I was very impressed by the buyer’s quick response and customer service.
