The packages are shipped immediately and if there is a delay then it’s on the carrier. I appreciate the boxes lined with plastic because the boxes will get damaged during delivery especially the corners. She does a good job getting my packages to me on time and packing very good. It’s the carriers and all the handling, transferring from one location to the next that causes the damage if any.

That being said I was extremely happy with the brooch, I expect the white to be yellowed as in picture, didn’t care. To my surprise it was very white and in perfect shape ( it’s a gift for a penguin collector) it was boxed and beautifully , secured packaged. Better than described. I would purchase from this vendor again but would discuss shipping cost. Very pleased!
