    The luggage set arrived just as described on the website, and the price tags were still attached. The items were securely packaged, and there were no damage to the shipping container. The items were reasonably price, and Mike responded promptly to questions I had about other matching pieces to the set.

    The luggage set was exactly as described - new with tags. It came complete with the extra engraving tags, so the Tumi store near me was able to add my initials and give me a backup set (see photo). I didn't want to pay so much for shipping, but that's the courier's fault not the shipper. The box came on time before my next business trip and cruise. The seller included a card, which I appreciate. It was nice doing small business for my luxury big brand item, which I could finally afford!
