The item hadn't shipped for several days after purchase so we reached out to the seller & she communicated quickly, even said she'd expedite shipping. However, the item still didn't ship for several more days. When I reached out again, she didn't take accountability for not shipping & we didn't get the item in time. I’m truly sorry the swimsuit didn’t arrive in time for your trip. I did ship the order as soon as possible and even upgraded the shipping, as promised. Unfortunately, once the package is with USPS, delivery times are out of my control. I completely understand how disappointing this was and wish the carrier had delivered it sooner. I always strive to communicate clearly and do everything I can to get items to my customers on time.
