    Shipping and packaging were great. Pen and pencil were included as a "bonus" as the item description only stated that the holder was available. The pen was defective, but I really only needed the holder and did not count on receiving the pen and pencil.

    Exactly as described and wonderful condition. Packing was exceptional with the addition of each item wrapped in heavy gauge vinyl tied with a grosgrain ribbon and a vendor tag. A nice touch. Cell recommended.
