It arrived in perfect condition. The seller did an amazing job packaging the clock for shipping. All of the internal moving parts were secured to avoid damage during shipping. Each individual part was (weights, pedulum, etc.) were all wrapped and secured individually in the box. There wasn't a speck of dust on the outside or inside of the clock, like it was brand new. Fantastic experience.
