    When I received the vacuum it did not work. I immediately contacted the buyer and she responded quickly. She offered me a refund but the vacuum was exactly what I wanted and asked if she’d be willing to pay for the repair if got an estimate. She agreed. I bought it to a vacuum repair shop and it turned out to be a loose connection. He fixed it free of charge. I was very impressed by the buyer’s quick response and customer service.
