My only complaint is the shipping packaging. This book came loosely placed in a plastic bag so I can't tell if the damage to the dust jacket happened in shipping or it was already in that condition. But, as I already stated, the overall price was good so I shouldn't really complain. Overall, I've had positive experience with hpb-ruby so I'd still definitely recommend buying from them.

The seller quickly responded to my message and immediately corrected the situation by providing me the correct book at no additional cost. I accept partial blame as I didn't notice the listing title and the book title don't match. The book received has obvious signs of water damage but is still usable. I contacted the seller and was given the option to return the book but I don't have time to deal with it so I'm going to keep it. I'm leaving positive feedback because I did receive a quick response and a resolution to the problem from the seller.
