I am very lucky to be sitting here typing this. I just got home from the hospital yesterday afternoon. The buyer has been fully refunded for her purchase of the discontinued lipstick. I would never intentionally sell something bad or not respond to a complaint. Please see my past feedback. I have been a seller on Ebay for over 13 years and I hope to make a fast recovery so that I can get back to it. Sincerely, Pam
