      Great five star vendor. As described, this eBay lot featured a highly interesting letter and matching cover postmarked at Washington, DC, written by a Union soldier stationed at Catlett's (RR) Station in northern VA. Lots of war news. Great historical value to me. Packaged carefully. Shipping was delayed by the post office department (it took 18 days to travel across the country!). Am extremely pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend this seller to all.
