Track this shipping on this product and look at the locations it went to from Houston to San Antonio. Not the sellers fault and not your fault. My last two shipments from Houston were ridicules. Packing was fine and the product was as described and great value.

I notified the seller and he was quick to respond giving me the option of returning all items or a credit for the 2 broken items. The credit was more than generous. Would definitely purchase from seller again.
