I think the item is as described; there are some small flaws, such as cracked amethyst beads, mother of pearl instead of pearl, and multiple drill holes in the mother of pearl beads. Still a good item! Sadly, I'm not using it as intended, as I plan on disassembling the necklace to obtain materials, so the condition of the item doesn't matter much to me. Great seller!
