It arrived with no packaging at all and had been rolling around in the van for 2 days so was considerably scuffed. They sell parts to be painted and say the courier is supposed to do this when collected, clearly they don’t. Comms was good when I contacted but was asked for photos and videos to prove the damaged. However I did have a small problem. The mounting bracket had corroded and a bit had broken away and I was concerned that it would effect my ability to use it so I reported it to ASM who handled it very quickly and sent me a replacement which arrived the next morning, so well done ASM. The measure of a company is how they handle a problem and ASM exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much.
