It arrived with no packaging at all and had been rolling around in the van for 2 days so was considerably scuffed. They sell parts to be painted and say the courier is supposed to do this when collected, clearly they don’t. Comms was good when I contacted but was asked for photos and videos to prove the damaged. The lock package was surrounded / cushioned with layers of corrugated box cardboard and dispatched in a very large box. Very quick delivery. Part was as described and in excellent condition and helped my car pass its MOT. Very pleased. Will have no hesitation in using this seller again . Exactly as described (even better after polish!). Plenty of pics to check out pre purchase really helped. Delivered next working day by ASM company van. Hassle free purchase. Have used ASM before and service is great. Very happy with price after shopping around the competition. Will certainly use ASM Auto Recycling again if I need to!
