I did try to send a message but then within an hour, I did purchase the bag so I really didn’t get a chance to have communication with the seller so I can’t answer that question on Communication with seller.

Track this shipping on this product and look at the locations it went to from Houston to San Antonio. Not the sellers fault and not your fault. My last two shipments from Houston were ridicules. Packing was fine and the product was as described and great value.

Despite the fact that the glass votives were all individually enclosed in bubble wrap sleeves, two (of 24) of the votives arrived broken. I notified the seller and he was quick to respond giving me the option of returning all items or a credit for the 2 broken items. The credit was more than generous. Would definitely purchase from seller again.
